Beautiful day out, still have a little bit of swell in the water that will affect nearshore diving but isn't too terrible. Reports are mostly around the 15 foot range for visibility

Overcast but calm morning, yesterday in La Jolla we had about 20' visibility at the surface, a murky layer around 25-40 feet, and then it opened up again. Expect today to be fairly similar

Reports coming in around the 10' range for most areas, a little bit of surge out there but nothing too crazy. Going to be a great day to get out but the water might not be the clearest

Swell peaking today that will add a bit of surge and murk to the equation, and we also have overcast skies but calm winds. Still worth getting wet, leopard sharks are at the Marine Room and in other areas the water clears up at depth. Happy 4th!

Water is warming up! A little bit more surf in the water so be mindful of the surge. This will make the water a bit more murky in most areas, though spots that are protected from the South swell (La Jolla Shores) won't be too affected.
