Wednesday's San Diego Dive Report

I'd say pea soup, but beet soup is more like it. Red tide in full effect, water is recovering from it's cold snap last week (currently 57 at the surface). 1-2 foot viz at the surface, opens up nicely at 40 feet but it's pitch black. Anyone want to go to Hawaii!?
