San Diego Daily Dive Reports

Visibility: 5-10

Strong winds out of the south today with a good amount of rain. If you need to get in, La Jolla Shores is probably the place to go

Visibility: 5-15 feet

Surf: 3-5 feet

Water temp: 60-62 degrees

More south swell in the water today making conditions a bit tricky. North County and areas more exposed to the swell will be very difficult to dive in. La Jolla would be the best bet for south San Diego, but probably won't be great.

Surf: 3-5 feet

Water temp: 60-62 degrees

Good sized swell filling in that is churning most of the areas up a bit. Areas protected from this like the cove and the shores may not be as affected

Visibility: 10-20 feet

Surf: 2-4 feet

Water temp: 60-62

Beautiful surface conditions but keep in mind we have a south swell filling in. This means that La Jolla will be fairly protected, but the swell may be an issue in other areas. Still should have clear water out there today. We'll be freediving the shores, hope to see you out there!

Visibility: 5-15 feet

Surf: 1-3 feet

Water temp: 61-64

The water is a little murky today due to the south winds kicking up some chop as well as the recent rain. La Jolla will be protected from the wind chop and would probably be the best bet. Reports have said that the shallows at the shores are clear but murky at depth

Visibility: 5-15 feet

Surf: 2-3 feet

Water temp: 61-63

Cloudy and rainy this morning with a little bit of south wind, but the surface is still pretty calm. Visibility will be around 10 feet in most places, and will clear up a bit more if the sun comes out

Visibility: 5-15

Surf: 2-4 feet

Water temp: 60-62 degrees

Calm and overcast this morning without too much churn in the water. Expect around 10' visibility at most sites due to the recent wind and rain, but the water should be clearing up throughout the day.

Visibility: 5-15 feet

Surf: 2-4 feet

Water temp: 60-63

Rain last night and winds continuing into this morning are causing some surface chop and reducing the water clarity. SSW swell in the water today which will have more of an effect on south facing beaches. Most spots seeing around 10' visibility today
