San Diego Daily Dive Reports
Visibility: All over the place! 20-30 in Point Loma, 10-20 in La Jolla, Pea Soup in lots of other places
Surf: 1-2 feet
Water temp: 66-69 F
Weird and shifty viz right now, some spots are crystal clear while others (including offshore and the islands) are green and murky. Great surface conditions so worth finding a good pocket of viz
Visibility: 5-15 feet
Surf: 2-3 feet
Water temp: 65-68 F surface, 52-56 F depth
Waves are calming down, visibility is slowly clearing up. Don't expect anything crazy, but conditions should be diveable for sure
Visibility: 0-10 feet

Water temp: 65-68 F
Murk is still around, but the surface conditions are much more manageable today
Visibility: 0-10 feet
Surf: 2-4 feet
Water temp: 65-68 F
Lots of swell this past weekend and most areas are super murky. Saw about 5' viz at the surface while line diving in La Jolla Canyon, though it opened up to about 15' around 80' of depth. Expect less than 10' viz in most places today
Visibility: 0-10 feet
Surf: 3-5 feet
Water temp: 65-68F surface, 51-54 at depth
Solid S swell holds and slowly fades throughout the day, bringing plenty of murk with it. Might see some decent viz at depth but wouldn't have high expectations for today
Happy 4th!
Visibility: 5-15 feet
Surf: 3-5 feet
Water temp: 65-68F surface, 51-53 at depth
Solid South swell in the water today and holding, which will cause a lot of churn for south facing beaches. La Jolla shores seeing viz around the 5-10' mark in most places, don't expect much more than that. Still a good day to get wet and get away from the crowds!
Visibility: 5-15 feet
Surf: 2-4 feet
Water temp: 66-68 F
Moderate sized swell in the water today that will have a large effect on south facing beaches. Expect a good amount of surge, and viz around 5' in the shallows and around 10-15' at depth
Visibility: 5-15 feet
Surf: 3-4 feet
Water temp: 65-68 F
Swell is slowly fading, though spots in N County and OC are getting hit by it much harder than southern SD. Expect viz to be around 5' in the shallows, and 10-15' at depth
